I want to know that A security guard in a building sent a status message saying nice to a women residing in the same building ? Will it come under POSH. If yes what kind of legal action can be taken?
Hi...Posh means what? If any one sending obscene mess to any one then definitely it will be termed as offence under law. you can file a case under Information Technology act and you can rise complaint in cyber crime police station
