Self earned and paternal inherited property distribution

29-Nov-2023 (In Family Law)
I have two adult sons. I have some inherited agriculture land and besides that some agriculture land purchased by me in the name of elder minor son who is now adult.I want to fairly distribute inherited and earned agriculture land. 1. Can I redistribute the property that I've purchased on name of my elder son without he transferring the same to me. 2. can I give more property to my younger son from the property i inherited from my father, to compensate for above. 3. can I add both earned and inherited property and distribute fairly, even when earned property is on elder son's name

Since you are still in existence therefore you can go ahead and do a fair distribution as per your choice. Therefore go ahead make a registered will or RD in whomsover favour you and your son wants to do.Therefore just to brief you any testimony of yours only comes in picture after you .Therefore till the time you are there you are the boss. Thanks

you can always redistribute your property, but you have to show that you purchased the property in the name of the elder son by employing the earning of your inherited land, after that you are free to give more share to the younger son iin the remaining inherited property/.

though as per strict legal terms you can only transfer the land which is owned and possessed by you, though there is no bar upon you to equally distribute what is owned by you, however we can make arrangements so as to meet your needs and requirements.
