Seeking solution for Domestic Violence

I am a 17 year old boy. My father is a drunkard. He abuse my mother since I was born. He still do it. My mom has no father's home and no where to live except my father's house. So he takes advantage of it. He has another affair too. He does everything in front of us and we can't do anything. Now somehow things were going good till 2020. At 2020 my grandmother died who used to fund our family. Otherwise he is unemployed. Now he only gets money from rent . My grandmother left 5 lakhs for my studie

Well there are two ways to go about it. Firstly you should immediately lodge a case under sections 498A, 323,506,408 and other relevant sections before the local Police Station. Secondly you should also file a matter for interim maintenance under the domestic violence act for maintenance, protection and compensation.
