Seeking support for documented incidents of emotional abuse, threats, and disruption in our marriage. Instances include threats, privacy breach, attempts to disrupt our lives, unwillingness to accept our marriage, lying and deceiving, aggressive behavior with derogatory remarks, intimidation tactics, power dynamics, separation causing distress. It is nothing but Domestic Violence. You may get the same recorded in your mobile or install a CCTV in your house. You may document the major incidents and thereafter lodge a police complaint under Section 498A of IPC or you may directly approach the Court of Magistrate under the provisions of Domestic Violence against the husband and his family members.
