Seeking legal advice on what case I can file to get the justice.

Me, my husband and 2 kids living in dubai frm past 9 yrs. Both kids born dere. I am a house wife and we were on husband visa. In Aug, Me and kids came on vacation in India, while we were gone, my husband cancelled our visa, filled a divorce case in India and changed d lock of d house in dubai and didn't let me and my kids enter the house. He is not giving any finacial support, not giving back our belongings. And I am staying with my parents currently with my kids.
firstly let me know where you are living either in India or Dubai
if your husband is doing cruelty with you and does not give you any financial support then you can demand maintenance from your husband by filling a case before the appropriate forum

visa provided you have a certain income. if the visa is cancelled get financial and legal assistance through ministry of external affairs
