Seeking Guidance on Registering Love Marriage in a Different District

16-Aug-2023 (In Family Law)
I am writing to seek guidance regarding the process of registering a love marriage in a district where neither of the partners currently resides. My partner and I are considering the option of registering our marriage in a different district due to various reasons. We are not currently residing in the district where we wish to register the marriage. Could you kindly provide us with information on the steps we need to follow.

Dear Sir, You have to go to the Registration office directly and manage them if you can and get your marriage register. The minimum requirements are as follows 1.    That neither party has a spouse living at the time of marriage. 2.    That neither party is incapable of giving a valid consent to the marriage due to unsoundness of mind. 3.    That neither party has been suffering from mental disorder of such a kind or to such an extent as to be unfit for marriage and the procreation of children. 4.    That neither party has been subject to recurrent attacks of epilepsy or insanity. 5.    That the bridegroom has completed the age of 21 years and the bride the age of 18 years at the time of marriage.
