Section 9 k baad counselor k paas bhi agr meri wife mna kr de kyuki humara contact nh ho para aapas m uska mind total wash kra hua h uski family hr kosis kr rhi h divorce k liye mujhe goli marne ki dhamki darana abuse krna ke complaint usne stand liya police ne chordiya but kuch tym uski family ne time manga humne diya but fir mind wash krdiya mai kya kr skta hu agr counselor ko bhi mna krde ki mujhe nh rhena ky bina kisi ground k divorce hojayega coz merpe proof h ki kese blackmail kr rhe h

If there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

apply for the divorce petition on mutual understanding. Although you might be required to pay the maintenance but it is advisable to file the case for divorce under section 13 of hma and you will surely get that

what you want exactly sth rehna chahti h apki wife toh ye sab apki wife ko court mei bolna padega ,apke court mei proof dekhane se kuch nahi hoga jab tab apki wife apke favour mei kuch nahi bolti of course divorce ho jayga sec 9 apka favour karenga yaha se case withdraw karke aap divorce ka case dal shakte h
