Section 9 or divorce petition, which one???

28-Feb-2023 (In Family Law)
HI, my wife has been living separately for last 2 years, and she is neither ready to come to me nor she is giving divorce. She also asks me to separate from my parents only than she will live with me. if i file rcr now, and try to have her back, but if she does'nt come and makes false charges against me, can i later withdraw rcr and file divorce on the bases of desertion and cruely. will withdrawing rcr make my case week in that situation ?? does withdrawing rcr means that i have accepted her charges. And from my side i have no charges till date?? will i lose the ground which i already have i.e. two year desertion and cruelty, if after filing rcr i withdraw rcr.
