As per the provisions of Special Marriage act, public notice has to be given. When its public notice, its open for all and the very word "Public" suggests there is no scope for secrecy. Act prescribes which shall be places where such notices can be put up for Public attention.

Dear Client,
You are ADULT (above 18 years), you can very well marry. Notices do go to residential address of both the parties, hence it would be advised to taken families into trust before taking such steps. [ with secrecy you cant expect peaceful life]

Marriage is not a big task, but living away from our near and dear ones for rest of the life is very big and challenging task. Hence think and act accordingly.

Marriage is no secrecy at least tell your parents about your marriage if you have not done anything wrong ,and the substance in you is pure gold you will never betray your parents if you betray your parents you will betray each other for sure and this marriage will not last long.
Second aspect is the notice will be displayed at registrar office and may be s nt to your address .
There is no secrecy in marriage if you want to maintain then I am sorry you are doing something wrong .
