second wife is not share family pension with children

can children of first wife get pension if second wife is not share family pension with children of first wife?

Hello, first wife is direct legal heir of late husband and she and her son being class -1 heir can get pension of husband but second wife is not eligible and has no right over pension , legal heirship certificate to claim the same is required
