Second marriage registration Goa

Namaste!n I read some articles in internet telling that in Goa it is possible for a Man to have a second wife legally with the consent of the first wife and also some other requirements ( if the first wife fails to deliver a male child by the age of 30,...etc) nnIs it true? Is it possible to legally register a second marriage? How is the process? How to do it and where? What are the requirements? nnThanks
