Pehle wife ke hote hua second marriage nahi kar sakte hai bina divorce liye . Aap is adhar par divorce le sakte hai aur ye 494 IPC ka offence bhi hai jiske liye aap criminal case ki complaint file kar sakte hai husband ke upar. Sath hi maintenance ke liye bhi court me case file kar sakte hai . Domestic violence ka case bhi file kar sakte hai.
