Second marriage Application form and biometric verificationtion

I am a widow and going for second marriage. Can we do application form filling online and biometric verification in karnataka and get married after 30 days in Andhra pradesh?

i think it is difficult to apply online in Karnataka then register in Andhra Pradesh, better you apply online in Andhra Pradesh and then get it registered in Andhra Pradesh, you can do so only if online facility is available. or if both are Hindus get married in a temple and then register it, the registration will take only a day, you do not have to wait for 30 days.
