Second marriage after Ex parte divorce

My husband had gone second marriage and registered in sub registrar of another district after getting ex parte divorce in 28-02-2022 for which I have brought stay order from the high court on 19-05-2022 before 90 days. Soon after he had moved to London and summons served returned back. No in Feb, 2025 he had married another lady secretly and marriage certificate registered in Hassan. Now what can I do as I had already filed F. I. R also for which he had taken bail. Shouldn't I declare 2nd marri
yes you can file a petition to declare that the second marriage entered by your husband is null and void and you can also file a contempt of court case against him in court and see that the said marriage is declared null and void.

Dear Madam,
Get red alert issued by Police Department as he involved in committing a serious offence by marrying a second wife during the subsistence of first marriage that is before expiry of limitation after passing ex-parte decree. In the meanwhile try to get set aside ex-parte decree either through High Court or through the same Family Court which passed such ex-parte divorce decree.
