Sec 498 A regarding family problem

(Hindu) Sir is it true that powers of police are restored to arrest family members just on the basis of complaint by a wife. My wife is pregnant and is not living with me past 9 months. I could not see any future of this relationship. Sir what can be done to assure protection. Pl advise.

You are not troubled anymore. No one will be arrested in the dowry case First of all, you will be compromised by the police or court, which resides in most of the cases.
If your wife has given dowry, you can take a copy of F.I.R through a lawyer and go to the High Court and stay away from the High Court, in which any member of the house will not be arrested and your The File under section 9 Hindu Marriage Act, in which you will be saved, and you can bring your wife back home.
