you can lodge f.i.r. against him because this is a criminal offence you can not bound him to marry you but by this f.i.r. he shall be pressurised by the police and then he may ask you to marry him but he can hurt you after marriage so i can not suggest you to marry him but lodge f.i.r. against him and he should be punished for the crime which he committed.
