Q: Cheating in an arranged marriage. Boy had another wife and a daughter.

We married our daughter on the in-laws version without background checks from any agency. Family hidden the fact from us that the boy has a relationship and a daughter too.We found it out against their will. Now harassment. They took Dahez too on the name of their financial position. There is no property with the boy. In-laws are now trying to relinquish the boy from their property.Now daughter has a son too. What help can be sought for the cheat and maintenance and financial security for the daughter and the kid from these fraudsters.

you can file criminal suit for maintenance over the husband for maintenance of daughter and her children and file criminal case against his family for criminal breach of trust in court for returning the money and jewellary taken by them in marriage and file divorce against the husband and other things i will tell you when you contact me about criminal case for maintenance and breach of trust.

you can lodge f.i.r. against him because this is a criminal offence you can not bound him to marry you but by this f.i.r. he shall be pressurised by the police and then he may ask you to marry him but he can hurt you after marriage so i can not suggest you to marry him but lodge f.i.r. against him and he should be punished for the crime which he committed.

Q: cprc 125 maintenance case , dv act 2005 infieldity

My wife filed 498a , crpc 125 and dv 2005 case against my whole family. Only one year is completed to my marriage and she lived only two months at our home due to her studies. (hindu marriage) She also filed section 354 for harressment against my brother who is a mental patient suffering from ADHD. My brother told me that he and my wife talked everynight on Whatsapp. She called him " my dear " also said i miss you alot, i saw in you my dreams, i like talking to you, also told him her backpain, leg pain and even about her urine problems etc. not very serious adult talk but their relationship felt very strong. they both were involved. is this infieldity or not? im asking this because it want to show the chats on maintenance case ? also want to file divorce case on her.

Yes it is a clear case of infidility,you can file divorce against her under provision of hindu marriage act by extra marital affair of hers these messages will help you in cases of 498 A and in 125 and domestic violence cases.

the land belongs to sc/st shall not be sell to anybody directly like a general category person can do but a sc/st person has to get permission from district magistrate of concerning district without district magistrate permission a he shall not sell his property to any general category person.
