Rude behavior of Mother In law and unsupportive spouse

19-Jun-2024 (In Family Law)
After marriage, my Mother In Law started picking fights cursing me and my parents and, comparing me to their daughter. My husband never backs me and starts arguments influenced by his mother. I experienced depression and suicidal thoughts. I resorted to head-banging against the wall during a major fight. My in-laws accuse me of being mentally ill. I've been asking my husband to move to a separate home for my child's sake, but he refuses. Can I go to court if my husband refuses to stay with me ?

Dear queriest if you are facing mental and physical harassment at your in laws house then you can file a complaint of DOMESTIC VIOLENCE and 498A cruelty of IPC. you can force him to stay separately, but you can take your step. for more information about the same kindly call me

if your husband is not ready for separate residence, then there is no option to you. as per your query, your case is coming under the preview of domestic violence of mental cruelty, so you may file application under the provisions of domestic violence, but for certain orders you required proper evidence to get orders from the Honble Court
