Properties among Hindus are divided as per The Hindu succession Act of 1956 ,in which recently some amendment were also made regarding rights of Female .If the property in question is earned by your uncle only then all rights would pass as per law of succession to his widow as per heir in class I ,if the property is joint or ancestral then it will be divided between all heirs .provide me details for further advice .

Better to meet personally with advocate to discuss in detail. Without sharing complete facts perfect advise not possible. It could be a dispute of civil nature and ownership. It may also be a dispute related to family.
