Rights of Son & Daughters on Fathers Property

24-Oct-2023 (In Family Law)
1 Brother, 2 Sisters, all married. Father & Mother both alive. Father's home is self acquired and married son is living with father in same home. Fathers business property is not self acquired. What legal rights do both married sisters have on fathers self acquired home and on business property which is not self acquired by father and what are the rights of son and daughter in law. What options do son have if father is partial towards his son and daughter in law ?

Dear Sir,
Your married sisters would be having equal share with you and your father in the business which is not self acquired. But if there is anything which is self acquired by your father, then it is on the will of father, to whom he wants to give the property.
Thanks and Regards
