Rights of children from first wife on pension of father

*In the year 2016, second wife expired. In pension papers, husband kept second wife and first wife's children as nominees.*It was 19 years, husband got Ex-parte divorce in the year 1996 July 11; first wife did not retaliate these many days as not to disturb education of her children; and also due to the fact that husband was of psycho nature and there was too much dragging to the court hearings deliberately by the husband even not listening to his lawyers these many years. *Do the first wife's children have any right over the pension amount as nominees as it was pending from 2008 till date.
