Right to family property for a daughter in law.

I am staying in my in laws flat since my marriage in 2005, my hubby is estranged due to fraudulent activities in family business since last 2 yrs my father in law allowed nd supported me to stay alone with my son. After my father in law's demise my mother in law wants me to vacate the flat and stay with my cheating hubby, initially my brother in law supported me , but now he also wants me to vacate my residence and will send legal notice, i don't want any property rights want to stay plz advise

Well, you can stay in this particular House of In Laws as a Gratuitous Licensee by applying a Petition in the Court. You can stay here until & unless your start seek Maintenance from your Hubby to get your own Home.
