Right to claim share in a property brought by father for sibling

Father purchased property in elder brother name with his own funds when both of us were minors. Father purchased the land for the benefit of the family. Now father expired. How to get my share. Is section 506 useful.pls. Reply.
first you have to approach civil court for your share and file suit for partion ,you have to prove that property purchased through your father funds 2.you have any other sisters or brothers talk to them file a case jointly further Cont.advocate

Dear,
As you said that your father had purchased property with his own funds, it is your father's self acquired property and he can purchase the property on anyone's name he wishes to. Your brother is the absolute owner of the property and you cannot challenge his ownership of the property.
