Return of original educational documents

Wife filed divorce petition in family court, court passed ex-party order in favour of wife. But in order there is no mention of return of original educational documents. Wife after that gave police complaint, police recorded statement but not taken any action. What is the remedy to the aggrieved wife?
Hello in magistrate court you have to move an application for return of property against your husband who is holding educational documents in his custody, annex the same recorded statement to this application for return of property, court will pass an order to return these original documents
