Return of money and mental harassment

My sister and my mother are emotionally and mentally harrassing me. My sister was married back in 2013 and returned in 2019 after divorce. During her marriage my mother created a lot of unsecured debts for her living which were repaid all the time by me. Now they are mentally torturing me everyday. I want to know what legal action can I take against them and how can I ask for money back
you will have to first send a legal notice and then approach court of law by way of filing a suit under the appropriate sections of law. you will have to attach the proof of your claim to the suit to substantiate your petition.
