Retairment benifit issue of married girl in his father.My wife father

My wife father and mother is demises. so she want share of the monetary relief such as PF and gratuity.

yes the daughter can obtain it by way of succession certificate or by way of affidavit, totally depends on the particular organisation on what basis, will they release the funds for the daughter's use or benefits

presuming your in-laws haven't executed any will and your wife is still a hindu then a simple succession certificate will be enough to claim share in all the properties of her parents including the PF and gratuity.
