Require leagal advice for my child

In 6 to 7 years Hindu marriage life we've had several minor disagreements. In 2019, she left our home and stayed away at her parents' place for nearly 6 months due to their involvement in our marriage. After my parents and family members intervened, my wife and her parents submitted written apologies on stamped paper. I accepted her back, and we resumed living together. Now, with a 6-month-old baby, she's at her parents' house and has expressed reluctance to come back home to leave with me.

Namaste, where are you from ? which kind of problem happened in your married life ? and for what reason she left her matrimonial home & lining at her paternal home ? what is the gender of child ? you can send him notice through advocate. or you can file a case for bring her from her matrimonial l home.
