I'm 25, she's 22. I'm from Himachal, she's from Bhopal. We love each other. Her family is threatening me with false cases, abuse, and death threats. My family doesn't know yet, but I believe they'll support us. We plan to marry through court and shift to Himachal. We need legal protection from threats, false FIRs, and want to ensure our safety and future career security. Seeking proper legal procedure and protection.

it is advisable that marry at the earliest so that legally she is you wife and no one can claim anything. She needs to file an affidavit as well that she is doing this on her own and without any force and coercion. If she is ready to do that then it is better for you
