Request for assistance in seeking a divorce

Please can you provide me details on how can i seek a divorce by mutual consent. I really need help, am a housewife and dont have family or financial support to bare a big cost towards divorce
if both parties ready to dissolve the marriage, they can file mutual petition in court, marriage certificate and photos of each parties are needed. after if all financial disputes are settled they get divorce within after two weeks after filing petition for divorce

you had to file a joint petition before the family court seeking mutual divorce. the family court will grant divorce. a six months waiting period is there. however the same can overcome by filing a petition to that effect and that is possible only if the marriage 18 months were elapsed after the marriage was solomanised . please feel free to contact me for clarification if any

it wont cost too much. If its for mutual consent u need to ensure that ur spouce is ready for the decission without any doubt. provided it wil take atleast 6 to 7 months maximum. consult with a lawyer f local jurisdiction so tat cost will be not tat high
