Please understand that there is a law on restitution of conjugal rights, but even your husband manage to secure the order on his behalf, he cannot force you to live with him. Even no Court can force the wife to reside with the husband if the wife is not ready to stay together with her husband. Please convey to the Court on the abnormal or psycho behavior of your husband and better to file a divorce petition against him.
