Reply for per litigation letter

I received prelitigation letter from my husband and in-laws. I have a small baby of 10 months. So I am unable to attend the court. How can I reply for this... pls suggest me.. and how can I claim my husband in that...

hi if you wanted to stay with your husband then you could file for restitution of conjugal rights bit need to see the pre litigation letter before going to court and could see whether the issue could be solved through councelling

hello madam this is Abhijeeth advocate madam you need to send me the copy of the letter i need to know whether it is legal notice or a notice for district legal services authority if it is from district legal services authority it will be best you appear once if it is only a legal notice we have to reply why asking about this is pre litigation case can be filed at district legal services authority

engage one advocate on behalf of you your advocate will appear on your case. no need to worry for that. case will go on. proceedings may handle by your advocate. good luck. wgere they filed that pre litigation case?? where are you now??
