Remedy to make wife get back to marital house

My wife want divorce from me but i dont want because i have 4year old child. I am seprate from her last one year. she filled the criminal miscellaneous application against me.What remedy do I have?

if your wife wants divorce from you then she has to file a divorce petition in the competent court and in that she has to plead and prove certain grounds on which she wants divorce. if she did not prove then she will not get divorce. On the other hand if you want her to live with you then first try to solve the differences (if any) for which she is behaving like this. or else you can file a petition for Restitution of Conjugal rights.

where is the child currently? in whose custody? if you do not wish to take a divorce you may file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. it will be a full fledged trial to prove that there is no good ground for a divorce. yet, execution is difficult. i would suggest that prior to this go to a marriage counsellor and see if counselling works. in many cases the counselling does work.
