Remedy in case parents are forcing for marriage

Parents are forcing girl to marry without her will. Threthening to beat me if she says no for the marriage. Due to which she is unable to file a complaint. Please help. She want to marry me nd my family is also ready.. its her family which are against the marriage.

First of all you have not mentioned the ages of both a girl and a boy. Still if both are major i.e girl over 18 and boy over 21 then they can do their marriage of their own choice as per indian law. No one can force and stop then by doing so even an indian law system also.

If girl is ready to marry you and major in age than she would file for protection against her family in court. She also make complaint against her family for forcing her to marry without her consent and you people go for court marriage and get protection from court.
