Remedy in case in-laws are forcing to get married with their daughter

Sir, I am from a hindu family and my father fixed my marriage to a girl in ghaziabad in mar 2017.My father promised them to get married his son to their daughter in january 2018. But in between time period we have seen some incident on the basis of those incident i am not agree to be married from that family. even I'm not engaged with that girl, nevertheless they are threatening me to send jail and want to marry their daughter with me forcefully. in these circumstances what should i do?
