Remedy in case boy refuses to marry

Hi... M from chd i just want to know is dere any law. If u r in relation ship from last 12 years nd u hv psyhical relation bt the guy u love told u cant marry bcz of intrcaste my family will not eccpt.
Why you are saying 'no marriage' when you are in relation for last more than '12 years'. In 12 years people start recognizing the couple as husband-wife. It is not your case that you are meeting as strangers in hotels only in official capacity. There are so many things to be ascertained before proceeding but the very first remedy in litigation is complaint to police. You need to consult your lawyer and hope some solution will come out without litigation.

Or file a complaint with allegations of consent with fraud on the false promise of marriage though techinally it does not amount to rape
