Remedy available for Divorce within 1 year of marriage

I M from Delhi and get love marriage in Apr.2017 since my marriage my wife behavior not good for me she fight me on daily basis because of her uncle finally she left from my house in June 2017 I will try many more time to come back at my home but she is not ready demanding divoce and now a days she live with her same age uncle without her parents . I dont know exactly what she want but I can not manage her more what should I need to do.

Dear Client: Sorry to hear this. I will advice you to serve her with a legal notice to demand conjugal rights. If she fails to respond, you can seek divorce proceeding on the basis of extreme mental harassment. A legal notice has several other advantages, 1) It will set straight your record that you are interested in saving your marriage; 2) It will help you fight dowry case effectively; 3) If she comes back with legal notice, you will have something on record for future also. HELLO NEED TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE FACT OF YOUR CASE. ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO TAKE DIVORCE WITHIN 1 YEAR OF MARRIAGE IF NOT VERY VERY HARDSHIP IN THE RELATION LIKE DOMESTIC VIOLATION OR PHYSICAL ASSAULT. NEED TO TALK TO YOU

Is it a love marriage? I don't believe it. It appears you were not ready for marriage and you both were unaware of these responsibilities towards each other. You have not stated your and your wife's age, religion, culture and status presently. Further you have casted doubt on the character of your wife and her relationship with her uncle of same age. It appears problem lies with you. You should meet a marriage counsellor and psychiatrist and you need to change yourself if you want to save this marriage or marriages you will go through in future. Let's hope for the best. For rest of the issues, lawyers are available.
