Remedy against marriage non consummated, husband is mentally torturing

I married January 2015 in vadodara. And my husband live in indole. After marriage we both live in indole with joint family. Since marriage time me and my husband haven't any sexual relationship. Now after 2.5yeara I ask my husband for sexual relation then he say I can help you you can go up parents house. And he mentally tour Cher. What can I do? Now I am living vadodara. What can I do

Madam Your story seems not genuine or corroborative. First of all it cannot be believed that for 2.5 years you couple did not had any physical relationship and that you also never demanded such relationship in 2.5 years. And all of a sudden after 2.5. years you demanded such relationship and your husband stated torturing you and you were driven out to your house in vadodara. I do not think court or police would believe your story, nor am i able to believe. So better way is that what ever dispute or intentions you have against your husband, come upfront and try to mediate and settle. Else, simply misusing the female oriented laws and filing false complaint against your husband would not do good to you or your husband.

if he mentally torches you then file a criminal complain against him. file a domestic violence, 125 i family court and divorce case on the ground of no physical relation. in any way if no relation is there you wont live with him anymore.

Hi, Please clarify whether you want to stay with your husband or want to take divorce. You can approach the NCW or file a complaint in women cell or file suit u/s 9 HMA or suit under Domestic voilence act etc.. Thanks
