Remarriage of husband done after my temple marriage

What is validity of notry marrige on stamp and no hindu rites marrige done or customary marrige done,and how can notry marrige be ended ,or whether there is any need to end notry marrige or not Kindly reply

if the marriage has been notarised then it can end only via the application of divorce in the relevant court. yes there is a need to end the marriage else the two people in marriage will always be kept in unison.

See marriage could be done anywhere, and notarized marriage is has only got evidentiary value, its only demerit is that it would not be called registered marriage. For passport, joint bank account and for other welfare schemes requirement of registered marriage is mandatory
