my question is if a girl and boy are dating one is Christian and other is hindu and both are 18+ and girls parents are Torturing girl and mentally harrasing can a we file a case?
yes you can file case but only protection matter so now you can share all details of torturing by parents to her friends and then after I will give you advice about your issue here you stated only short story so I have difficulty for advice
