Respected sir/madam, I have lost my father last year while he is in service..job got transferred to my younger brother..ow he is not taking care of my mother and me,, against our wish he wanted to marry a girl..am divorcee.. so can I take that job now with written complaint to authority...how we can save our property too..place suggest me..

your mother can apply for maintenance case against your brother and when it comes for property issues you can file case and get a stay so that your property wil be safe he cannot dispose it with out your absence

Dear Sir, First get file maintenance case by your mother under Section 125 Cr.P.C and also approach Assistant Commissioner for maintenance if your mother is Senior Citizen. Then approach the concerned department and file a representation for getting job of your brother as he is not looking after your mother.
