Hello sir,
Sir in 2018 under my boyfriend pressure...we have done arya samaj marriage without telling our family...but after that or earlier also he used to treat me badly....he used to beat me and on call also he told me to beat me and forced to cut my wrist also...I used to done this under pressure so that he could not tell my parents..so I stopped talking from him in starting of 2019...but now he used torture my family and me....he is also in relationship with many other girls earlier and after this marriage also....but now my family also knew about this...but they are afraid of police and lawyer....but he torture us badly....he told me that your marriage cant happen again...and threat my brothers to shoot them...I am very upset because of this....Please help me what can I do to save my family...other then police case or divorce case..I am Hindu Girl
hello, I have gone through your query. as you said you are married to your boyfriend. you can take legal action against him as a wife. also you can file a case against him under mental and physical cruelty and can even file for divorce under the same ground.

I understand the situation but according to Hindu law divorce is the only option to void it. right now the difficult situation you are facing is easier taking help of a legal experts. To avoid court there are other option too, like mediation centers, not only court you can take help of govt department for this problem.
