From Where does the Bride from Kozhikode(kerala) and groom from Bangalore get their marriage registered under special marriage act??
anywhere the marriage can be registered. even though there is specific provision that the marriage can be registered only at the place of residence of any of the parties. but with certain provisions the same can be registered anywhere in kerala.
