Registration guideline for Special marriage act

We have submitted our documents with witness details on Special Marriage Act portal of Maharashtra, after details status is showing as "notice submitted " but showing "pending at data entry" status on the dashboard headline and at application section headline showing "pending at marriage officer". we selected option to not publish on online site.what does it mean? is our appliaction not processed yet or it is processed and have to wait for 30 days? how to confirm the submission is successful?

Well, your Application has not been processed yet. It is still on the stage of Admission. So, you need to wait for a prescribed no of days as per the concerned applicable rules. Once you will get the status of submitted successfully, then, you can become sure, that, it is submitted successfully.
