Regarding the recovery of the belongings including jewellary

As the divorce petition is bring filed, now i have to go to the in laws house for taking my belongings including some of my mother Jewellary , the jewellery that i received from in laws they denied to give it back to me. What to do in such case?

आपके तलाक के केस में एप्लीकेशन लगाइए जज साहब उस पर आदेश करके एडवोकेट कमीशन नियुक्त कर देंगे उसके बाद नियुक्त किए गए एडवोकेट कमीशन के साथ आप आपके ससुराल जाकर आपके जो भी समान हैं उनको लेकर आ सकते हैं और आपका कोई सामान यदि आपके ससुराल वाले आपको नहीं देते हैं या देने से मना करते हैं तो आप एडवोकेट कमीशन के द्वारा उसकी शिकायत न्यायालय में कर सकते हैं।

now you can file a complaint in domestic violence act. and includes interim relief for living in matrimonial home or bring your belongings. also submitted a list of jewellery that you got by gift or make for you one marrige time. no one can denied this if you can proove that it's was you. it's your istri dhan.
