Regarding stay order from highcourt

I have filed a maintenance case against my husband.but he didn't attend the case for almost 7 months.The court also issued FLW for more than 3 times Now he submitted the stay order from the highcourt for not able to pay the maintenance.Please let me know wht will be the other procedures and also will I get the maintenance from him or not.

Dear Madam, You have to fight in the High Court for your arrears of maintenance. He ought to have deposited atleast 50% of arrears of maintenance. Engage an advocate in High Court and see that entire maintenance arrears are recovered from your husband.
