Regarding sapinda of the relationship

I am in relationship with my mother's mother's brothers daughter's daughter.The lawyers I consulted before said that it is not sapinda as:- Me and the girl---1st generation My mother and girls mother---2nd generation My grandmother and hera grand father------3rd generation where sapinda relation gets over. Their parents-----4th generation So are we sapinda? Can we marry?

as you come under 5 th generation you can marry each other there is no problem but during court marriage girls age should be 18+ and your age should be 21+ and your DOB + your kyc documents are necessary what is your jurisdiction...

absolutely correct proposition whosoever guided you. as per the norm of hindu law your girl friend and you do not fall within the realm of sapinda relationship implying you can marry her without any legal impediment.
