Regarding sapinda of the relationship

I am in relationship with my mother's mother's brothers daughter's daughter.The lawyers I consulted before said that it is not sapinda as:-
Me and the girl---1st generation
My mother and girls mother---2nd generation
My grandmother and hera grand father------3rd generation where sapinda relation gets over.
Their parents-----4th generation
So are we sapinda? Can we marry?
as you come under 5 th generation you can marry each other there is no problem but during court marriage girls age should be 18+ and your age should be 21+ and your DOB + your kyc documents are necessary what is your jurisdiction...
