Regarding rented house vacate !!!.

I am staying in rented house with my wife. Rent agreement is on my name. I would like to vacate house but my wife is not willing. I would like to send legal notice to her through Court or Advocate to vacate the house so that she can take care of her belongings.
What is the procedure for the same ?
yes, you can do rhat. send her a legal notice along with tenant stating that you have some issues with your wife and you do not want to continue your rent agreement further. Asked your wife remove her stuff from the said house.
