Regarding my in lwas filling false cases asking for money .

I got married in jan 2021 i live with my inlaws for 8 months then i come to canada sep 2021 i call him here on in sep 2022 . On the day he came we had a fight he physically abused me on public place and suddenly block me i had to call the police and he is under assult charges now . After that they never contacted me . Now they are filling false cases againt my family in india and asking for money . What i can do now ? His father is in police and torturing my handicap parents and brother .

you can move an application before the higher official telling them how your family has been tortured by your in laws and secondary i sincerely recommend you to file divorce petition in india enumerating the whole incident...it would tell why you don't want to live with such a guy..you have called him in Canada that's what you could have done. he has no right to assault you.

you should join the inquiry and you should also lodge a counter complaint against your husband and inlaws. must proceed with the assault charges at Canada. your parents can file a writ petition in High court if police are unnecessarily harassing them at the instance of your in-laws.
