Want marry with my father's sister daughter (cousin)

If You are muslim, You can marry
but In Case you are Hindu, You cannot because the Marriage with cousins is under prohibited degrees of Marriage under the Hindu Marriage Act
However there is also an exception to this rule if your customs allow such marriages you can marry
