Q: Payment after maintenance order

Once the order is passed, is it advisable for husband to wait for the notice or immediately start paying the maintenance?

if you are willing to pay the maintenance , start paying monthly but if you do not, wait for the notice in the execution petition. generally husbands are paying the maintenance after the wife filed the execution. its totally upto you

Q: On going 125 crpc argument stage

Is it a mistake of the husband if he doesn't file for divorce before the maintenance order is given? In my case the judge openly told me during my cross examination to discuss and compromise and when that didn't happen, he told my lawyer to file cp. My lawyer said CP means divorce. I'm worried on what is happening.

The judge cannot directly tell the lawyer to file the Divorce petition. It is the sole decision of the party under the Petition. However CP means Contempt Petition. This Petition is to be filled before the Hon'ble HC if the other party willingly refuses to comply with the orders.

Q: Void marriage cause dispute started for not performing rituals.

Before vidai samaroh argue started between both family... because the diffrence in pagfera rites for both family....wife went for performing rituals 2nd day of marriage without taking husband permission....then because of the different rites the ceremony never completed and for that reason it's 3 years and husband wife never lived together....in this 3 year wife filed lots of fake cases...but I've concrete proof of that dispute started same day of marriage....is this marriage void?

as per section 7 of the Hindu Marriage act, performance of Marriage ceremonies is essential for the purpose of completion of the Marriage in the eyes of law. one such ceremony is saptapadi (sath phere), if this ceremony could not be completed for the reason whatsoever, Marriage will be considered as Void. However the ceremonies may differ depending upon the customs if any applicable to both the parties.

Q: Summons sec 200 cr pc effect on landing govt job. Please advise

Summons have been issued against me as an accused among other accused persons of my own family under sec 200 cr pc in matrimonial dispute based on my FIL's complaint. Will this affect my prospects of getting govt job? I am having an interview in feb, where I would be required to disclose pending criminal case,if any.

You have to disclose the case status with explanation correctly, Non disclosure will lead to serious ramifications after your job. However, As per your disclosure it seems like a matrimonial dispute which is more like less serious in nature, Therefore it doesn't affect much or Impact on your job.
